Have you seen Object Dock???Many people much be bored of it. Now here comes the Krento, a free shortcut organizer for Windows!!!
It organizes the shortcuts in an attractive dock and moreover it is free. 
I ran the application and found no significant bugs in it and it doesn’t take much of the PC power too.
