      I currently have an iPhone v1, and I want to upgrade to the 3g, I have been a customer, and held a contract with at&t since October 1st. Would I be eligible for an upgrade without a rediculous 175 dollar termination fee? I understand I would have to pay the 200-300 dollars for the phone itself, but I just want to know about the termination fee.Thanks
