Now Apple has Challenged WoolWorths by Launching a Legal Challenge.
Apple has lodged an objection with IP Australia (Australian government’s intellectual property agency) Stating The Logo Issue.
While WoolWorths denies it and says it is never intended to look like apple’s logo. WoolWorths Claims that stylized ‘W’ has been paired with an abstract leaf symbol to represent fresh food.
WoolWorths Representative States that the Stylished W which is used in logo indicates the kind of fresh produce. Few people say it looks as a lettuce, some people say it is similar to pumpkin….

ROFL, I love that!!!!!!! Seriously, what the hell is wrong with Jobs? Does he own a copyright on ANYTHING involving apples? I guess he should sue The Beatles’ record company Apple Corp then. Or sue Gwyneth Paltrow for naming her daughter Apple. Or hell, sue anyone with chubby cheeks who goes by the nickname of “Apple Cheeks”. This is beyond ridiculous. I wanna see Apple Fanboys defend this.
